Default AFAF Allotment
Anyone else have this or know what it is?

I was just looking at the LES for this month and noticed there is a $5.00 allotment with that description. It looks like it started back in June and neither my husband or I set it up. It's also not listed under the allotments section.


Any idea??

It is an allotment to the Navy Marine Corps Relief Society. Did he contribute during the last CFC (Combined Federal Campaign)? AFAF stands for Armed Forces Assistance Fund.

Nope he's too cheap to contribute to anything. I looked back at Junes LES and the description down below says AF Village. What the heck is that??

Could be something he signed up for work (sometimes its mandatory) and he forgot all about it? I know my husband signed up for some donation thing.

It's probably his CFC (Combined Federal Campaign) contribution. If you contribute $60/yr they take it out at $5/month.
